FAQ

How do I track the status of my order? Once your order has been fully processed and dispatched from our facilities, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
-
What are your shipping rates and how long does delivery take? We offer three structured tiers of shipping to accommodate your needs: Standard Shipping ($5.99 for orders under $49.00), Free Shipping (for all orders of $49.00 and above), and Expedited Shipping ($8.99 for faster delivery). Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, while Expedited delivery generally arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your exact location and local customs clearance times.

What happens if my vase arrives damaged? We take immense care in packaging our products, but due to the fragile nature of high-quality ceramics and glass, breakages can occasionally occur during long-distance transit. If your item arrives damaged, please do not worry. Take clear photographs of the broken item as well as the external packaging, and contact us at service@smawal.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
-
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? We can update your shipping details provided that the order has not yet been processed and handed over to our logistics partners. Please email us immediately at service@smawal.com if you notice an error in your address. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the package.

Are the colors of the vases exactly as seen on my screen? We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings, studio lighting, and the inherently handcrafted nature of certain ceramic glazes, minor color and texture differences may occur. These subtle variations are completely normal and represent the unique, artisanal character of each piece.
