Return Policy
We want you to completely love your purchase from smawal. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, we gladly accept returns and process refunds under the following detailed conditions:

Return Window: You may initiate a formal return request within 14 days of the date you received your item. Return requests made after this 14-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be strictly eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be completely unused, unwashed, free of any damages, and securely packed in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, or are returned without adequate protective packaging resulting in transit damage, may be subject to a significant restocking fee or total rejection of the return.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are entirely responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is a direct result of an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect item or a materially defective product). Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Once your returned item is received at our facility and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
